Terms and Conditions for CC Swap

Effective Date: 20th April 2025

Welcome to CC Swap ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CC Swap decentralized exchange protocol, website, interfaces, smart contracts, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use CC Swap.

1. Platform Overview

CC Swap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that enables users to swap tokens through blockchain-based smart contracts in a peer-to-peer, trustless environment. The protocol is non-custodial, meaning users maintain full control of their assets.

CC Swap is an interface to open-source, publicly accessible smart contracts. It is permissionless, and users does not require account registration..

2. User Eligibility

To use CC Swap, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

  • You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

  • You are not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts access to decentralized finance (DeFi) technologies.

  • You are not subject to any economic sanctions enforced by the United Nations, OFAC, the European Union, or any other relevant authority.

  • You are not using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized activity.

  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of CC Swap complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and sanctions in their jurisdiction. Access is prohibited where such use is unlawful or restricted.

3. Non-Custodial & Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Managing your own digital wallet and private keys.

  • Securing your wallet and blockchain accounts.

  • Authorizing smart contract interactions.

CC Swap does not store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet information. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover it for you.

4. Smart Contract Interactions

All swaps and transactions on CC Swap are executed via automated, immutable smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. By initiating a transaction, you:

  • Instruct the smart contract to perform actions on your behalf.

  • Acknowledge that transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

  • All transactions executed via smart contracts on CC Swap are final. Users must verify all details before confirming. The platform is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or for user errors during transactions.

You are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of transaction details, including contract addresses, slippage, and token selection.

5. Fees and Network Costs

CC Swap may collect a protocol fee on transactions or use fees generated by liquidity providers. Users are also responsible for gas fees, which are paid directly to the blockchain network.

Fee structures may vary depending on network congestion, token type, and trade size, and may be adjusted without notice.

CC Swap reserves the right to modify fees at any time without prior notice. All updates will be reflected promptly on our website and official documentation channels to maintain transparency.
